职位描述
职责：
1、负责出入口申报，包括报关单据整理，及时与报关行准确对接相关事情。
2、根据客户的要求，及时满足客户需求，回复货物运输状态
3、协调各部门的联系，监督货物运输过程；协助客户解决突发异常事项，跟踪解决客户的紧急要求。
4、在必要时，实时跟踪货物运输状况，如：紧急订单，延时订单，及时向客户反馈信息。
5、对库存进行系统控制，数据维护。按月核对账单并及时请款。
6、根据客户要求及公司标准作业程式处理紧急特殊事件。
7、与仓库主管联系，协助客户对仓库的库存进行跟踪管理。
8、执行管理者分派的特殊/临时任务/项目。


资历：
1、大专以上学历
2、至少1年以上物流相关经验
3、良好的英文，粤语听说读写能力
4、熟悉运用Word、Excel
5、良好的沟通和协调能力

5.ReceiveandactionspecialrequirementsorinstructionsfromtheCustomerandproduce.
6.Coordinateandschedulein-countrytransportmovements-collectionsanddeliveries,andcommunicatetowarehousesupervisor
7.RaisepersonaltrainingneedswithSupervisortosupportotheractivities


Qualifications:
1.Collegeandabove
2.Minimum1yearrelatedworkingexperienceinairfreightandoceanfreightforwarding/shipping/logisticsfield
3.FluentofspokenandwrittenEnglish,MandarinandCantonese
