香港中文大学（深圳）是由香港中文大学与深圳大学，根据《中外合作办学条例》而组建的从事高等教育研究的机构。

TheestablishmentofTheChineseUniversityofHongKong,Shenzhen[CUHK(SZ)]isaninitiativetotakethisfurtherbyextendingtheCUHKcoreeducationalphilosophyandvaluesbeyondHongKong,inordertocontributetohighereducationacrossthenationandtogroomfuturegenerationsofuniversitygraduateswhoareinternationalinoutlook,learnedinthedisciplinestheyfollow,uprightcharacter,andcommittedtoservingtheneedsofsociety.ItisanendeavourthatwillhaveaprofoundimpactonthetrainingoftoptalentsandontheeducationalreforminChina,andtocontributetothelong-termprosperityofShenzhen,HongKongandthePearlRiverDelta(PRD)region.
CUHK(SZ)wassetupwithstaunchsupportfromtheShenzhenMunicipalGovernment,andwiththeparticipationofShenzhenUniversityascollaborativepartner,asrequiredbytheStateRegulationsforSino-foreignCo-operationinRunningSchools.
CUHKDegreeswillbeconferredonCUHK(SZ)studentswhohavefulfilledtherequirementsoftherespectiveacademicprogrammes.Inaddition,GraduationCertificateswillalsobeawardedtostudentswhohavecompletedtheirstudiesandmetthegraduationrequirementsstipulatedbytheStateMinistryofEducation(MoE).

PostSpecification
KeyDutiesandResponsibilities:
Theprimarydutiesaretoprovideday-to-daymanagementsupporttotheestablishmentoftheSchoolofMedicineincluding
1.Leadateamofadministrativestafftocarryoutorganizationalworksmoothlyandefficiently;
2.OverseeandmanageSchoolmatterssuchasacademic&studentaffairs/humanresources/finance/research/facilities/hospitalsprojectetc;
3.WorkcloselywithlocalandinternationalcounterpartssuchasTheChineseUniversityofHongKong,overseasuniversities,localgovernmentagencies,hospitalsandotherstakeholders;
4.AssisttheDirectorinstrategicplanningandspecialprojects;
5.Supervisestaffandmanagegeneralofficeadministration;
6.OtherassignmentsasprescribedbytheDirectoroftheJointPlanningOfficefortheSchoolofMedicine.

QualificationsandRequirements:
1.Bachelororhigherdegree;
2.Aminimumof12yearpost-qualificationexecutiveorrelevantexperiencewithsolidexposureintertiaryinstitutions,withatleast6yearsataseniormanagementlevel,preferablyinamedicalschoolorahospitalsetting;
3.GoodcommandinbothwrittenandspokenlanguageskillsinEnglishandChinese;
4.Abilityandinitiativetoworkindependently,showinitiativeandtakefullresponsibilityforcompletionoftasks;
5.Knowledgeaboutassuranceofacademicqualityishighlypreferable;
6.Stronganalyticalandliaisonskills；
7.Strongleadershipandcollaborationskillswiththeabilitytobuildeffectiveinterpersonalrelationshipswithstakeholders;
8.Excellentcommunicationandprojectmanagementskillssupportedbyasolidtrackrecord;
9.WorkingexperienceinbothMainlandandoverseas(orexperienceofworkingwithinternationalcounterparts)wouldbeanadvantage.
